Web Enhancements to 9-1-1 ALI and 9-1-1 DBMS
911 Datamaster is committed to making increased use of IP-based networks to improve communications and enhance information exchange between the various groups that work together to provide 9-1-1 service.
A leader in the industry, our first web product was developed in 1999 and deployed to a regional (60+ county) network. We currently have five IP-based enhancements to supplement either 9-1-1 ALI or 9-1-1 DBMS software. Use of our web-based products requires an Internet / Intranet connection and a web browser to obtain information from the ALI / DBMS database.
All of our Web Interfaces are supported by 911 Datamaster’s comprehensive, 24/7/365 software support.
9-1-1 WebDBMS
9-1-1 WebDBMS, an optional web interface to 9-1-1 DBMS, is designed primarily for multi-county / multi-PSAP locations. 9-1-1 WebDBMS allows PSAPs, counties and ALI database providers to communicate with one another over the Internet, no special software required. 9-1-1 WebDBMS eliminates the need for faxes and time-consuming fax confirmation and tracking. Additionally, 9-1-1 WebDBMS provides information to the service providers that provide daily update files to the DBMS system. With 9-1-1 WebDBMS, service providers can query, view and download MSAG records, their own customer records in the 9-1-1 database, and their records in the 9-1-1 database that are in error.
9-1-1 ALI
9-1-1 WebALI is an enhancement to 911 Datamaster's ALI software and is designed to facilitate two important functions for county and PSAP users of ALI in a web enabled fashion. Especially in an ALI environment that supports multi-county / multi-PSAP locations, 9-1-1 WebALI - Remarks provides for centralized user remarks, entered and edited locally at each PSAP. When a 9-1-1 call is received, remarks are viewed on the dispatcher’s screen precisely as they were entered. 9-1-1 WebALI allows read-only access to specified customer records and call statistics via the web. It allows users to query, view, print, and save reports to files, giving each PSAP direct access to their call data on demand.
