We acknowledge that ALI database software is just one part of a complete 9-1-1 solution. Typically problems encountered by our customers are not problems with 911 Datamaster software.However, since our software is central to the solution we are in a good position to help analyze and identify problems in hardware and in other software products.

We develop and support our products
911 Datamaster is not a reseller. We develop the technology we provide. We've been in the ALI Database business for over fourteen years. Rudimentary ALI database software can be developed in a relatively short time. We know, we developed our first version in one month in 1993. But we have written code nearly every business day since then enhancing and improving the product.Our continuous product improvement has been driven by our customers and by technology developments within the 9-1-1 arena. With our software installed at over 180 sites we have encountered a wide variety of real-world problems and special circumstances. (Further we listen to customer feedback and in our 18 years have incorporated hundreds of customer suggestions into the product).It has taken years of experience with hundreds of customers to perfect ALI database software. We provide guidelines for hardware purchase, but do not sell hardware.We think it is important for you to be able to choose the right equipment, and to obtain the best possible pricing. Our software doesn't require that you purchase hardware from any specific manufacturers.

We don't sell other software products We make and sell a single product line. We have been focused on ALI Database software from day one. We have produced one quality product line designed and developed from the ground up with real-world input from our customers.

What We Offer

High Performance
Our software is designed for and tested with a database of 100 million records. We know most applications require for far fewer than 100 million records, but we also know that if we can achieve great performance with a database of this size, it will perform even better for a smaller one.

A Scalable Solution
We have customers with counties of less than five thousand population and also have customers hosting enterprise wide/national databases. Our software is scalable and so is our pricing. This allows us the same software for small and large sites and allows us to make it affordable for the small site, yet powerful enough for the large site. We create and maintain only one version of the software and can put additional effort into value-added tools creating efficiencies for our customers.

Scalable Software
In order for software to take full advantage of a computer's power, the software uses additional "threads." Our software automatically adds threads as needed. In a nutshell a small site needs few threads and can use a basic computer, but a large site needs many threads and requires a powerful computer. Thus a smaller site can save money by purchasing basic computers while larger sites can achieve the performance they need by using more powerful machines.

Quality Control
In 9-1-1 quality and reliability are a must. Our quality assurance lab thoroughly tests all releases of our software. For example, our QA testing for an ALI request/response release can involve over 10 million ALI request/responses. After the software passes our internal QA testing it is thoroughly Beta tested. In addition, our partners thoroughly test each new software release.

Quality Documentation
Thorough documentation is not an afterthought. Our products come with readable user manuals written by a language professional that understands the software. Custom documentation can also be provided as required.
